Architecturally elegant 350m² villa in Chalkida-Skroponeri, Greece, 200m from seashore. Features basement parking, challenging coastal conditions, and 8m beam spans with planted columns and fin walls.

Structural design works have been concluded

This architecturally elegant 350m² villa in Chalkida-Skroponeri, Greece sits on a small cliff just 200m from the seashore, presenting unique structural challenges. The three-level design includes a basement for car parking and playground areas, ground floor, and first floor. Our structural engineering addressed difficult environmental conditions due to coastal proximity and the constraint of creating column-free basement parking areas. The solution incorporated beams spanning nearly 8 meters with planted columns and fin walls to efficiently transfer loads to the perimeter and foundation level. This project demonstrates our expertise in coastal construction, long-span structural design, and reinforced concrete solutions for challenging seaside locations, serving clients seeking luxury residential developments in demanding environmental conditions.
