This exceptional luxury seafront villa showcases our structural engineering expertise in complex curved concrete design and marine environment construction. Located just 150 meters from the Cyprus coastline, this 220m² reinforced concrete structure demonstrates advanced engineering solutions for challenging architectural geometries. Our structural design features innovative long-span cantilever beams supporting a dramatic peripheral beam system and purlins that create expansive outdoor canopies without intermediate supports. The building's curved reinforced concrete walls and curved shear wall elements required specialized formwork and construction techniques to achieve the architect's vision of seamless flowing spaces. Strategic placement of slim circular columns within sliding door frames creates uninterrupted interior-exterior transitions while maintaining structural integrity.
