A Structural Steel Building with a reinforced concrete basement to accommodate offices restaurants and cafeterias in the heart of Limassol. 

The building consists of two components, 4-storeys at the East and 6-storeys with a roof pergola at the last floor to be used as a cafeteria, at the West hand side respectively.

Greatest challenge of the project the big beam spans around 10 -12 m to avoid having columns in the middle of the offices and create open plan spaces
