This spacious luxury villa (approx. 300 m²) is located in Aglantzia, in the heart of Nicosia. Developed over two levels, it features a reinforced concrete structure, an external swimming pool, and selected stone cladding on the façade to enhance the architectural character. A key structural highlight is the planted column on a reinforced concrete beam spanning approximately 7.5 meters, providing critical support for part of the first-floor slab. Our engineering team delivered a full structural analysis and design with careful attention to load transfer and architectural requirements.
