This two-storey reinforced concrete property in Kalithea-Dali, Nicosia incorporates a distinctive 3.5m cantilevering section where the first floor extends beyond the ground floor footprint. Our structural analysis and design addressed the engineering challenges of the cantilever system, ensuring proper load distribution and structural stability while achieving the desired architectural effect.
