This single-storey 200m² reinforced concrete house presents an architecturally elegant and demanding design despite being ground floor only. The complex roof structure features four different inclined slabs oriented in various directions combined with flat roof sections, requiring sophisticated structural analysis to manage multiple load paths and drainage considerations. Our structural engineering addressed the challenging geometry while incorporating a swimming pool and external barbecue area into the overall design. The project demonstrates our expertise in complex roof structures, reinforced concrete design, and architectural integration for residential developments that prioritize distinctive design elements while maintaining structural integrity across Cyprus.
