This mixed-use reinforced concrete building in Strovolos, Nicosia combines a fitness center at ground floor with a residential flat at first floor level. The main structural challenge involved minimizing internal column placement at ground floor to create the open spaces required for fitness equipment and activities. Our structural analysis and design optimized the column layout and beam spans to achieve maximum clear floor areas while maintaining structural integrity for the residential level above. This project demonstrates our expertise in mixed-use structural engineering, large span design, and reinforced concrete solutions that balance commercial space requirements with residential needs across Nicosia.
